Discovering the Moog Matriarch
Moog Matriarch is a 4-voice analog synthesizer that provides a new selection of Moog modules in a new semi-modular configuration designed to redefine the industry standards.
Equipped with a Fatar 49-key keyboard with patchable velocity and aftertouch, it features among the most interesting features a 256-step Sequencer, Arpeggiator, Stereo Ladder Filters and Stereo Analog Delay.
Matriarch does not require patches to generate complex and expressive sounds and was created to be the new top of the Moog range for the compatible semi-modular / Eurorack category.
Bob Moog's original designs, re-engineered to best integrate with DAWs, MIDI instruments and the most varied Eurorack modular systems, come alive in a sumptuous, but accessible, semi-modular configuration.
Matriarch dialogues perfectly with other family members such as DFAM, Mother-32 or Grandmother, enriching and governing an already rich semi-modular ecosystem with a traditional analog flavor.
The 100% Matriarch analog signal path generates a dynamic sonic range, from monophonic bass to paraphonic peaks, which evolves to perfection through different waveforms. The matriarch of the house Moog proposes for the first time together the power of the stereo Ladder Filters inspired by the classic 904A, the envelopes based on the 911, the Stereo Analog Delay based on MF-104M and on the Moog module of the 500 series, the VCA stereo based on the classic 902 module and a 256 step Sequencer, all in an extremely captivating look.
