Alongside SoundMiT since 2021, this year Poltergeist has created and activated a Plan for Equality in order to achieve 4 main goals:

• Encourage participation of women, non-binary and transgender identities at the next editions of SoundMiT through partnerships and networking
• Educating on non-discrimination, respect for cultural diversity and equal opportunities through the dissemination of virtuous models
• Perfect communication with the use of neutral and inclusive terms
• Create new models and inspire change

"Aspettando SoundMiT" – interview series which saw the participation of Elecrric Indigo, Sylviane Sapir, Laura Zattra, Claudia Attimonelli, Valentina Bertolani and Luisa Santacesaria - and the creation of partnerships with Keychange and Female:pressure are part of the inclusion process triggered by Poltergeist in 2022.
